We continuously monitor the development of the coronavirus situation based on information from the National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) and the Occupational Health Institute and act in accordance with their instructions.

We have instructed our staff on good hand hygiene and to avoid unnecessary close contact with customers to prevent droplet infection. These preventive measures protect customers and employees.

When making a failure report that requires an in-apartment visit and you suspect you have a respiratory infection or are otherwise sick with the flu, please mention it in the report. Then our staff will be able to prepare for the situation.
